What we collect

When you send our form, we receive what you enter: your name, organization, email, phone number and event details. We use it to answer your request and to prepare a quote. We do not sell it.

Services we use

• Google reCAPTCHA runs on our contact page to prevent spam. It collects information about your device and how you use the page, and sends it to Google under the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• SendGrid delivers your request to us by email.
• Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested. The form also keeps a scrambled form of your IP address for up to a day, to limit abuse.

What this site does not do

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. If you choose the dark display, that choice is stored only in your own browser.

Medical information

Please do not send medical details about any person through this form. This website is not used for patient care.
